Why cant I find 28 oz cans of Exclusivo Wild Porcini SauceIn 2011 Stanislaus stopped production on the 28 oz retail can. The 108 oz larger #10 can remained in production until the end of 2013, though was sold mainly for foodservice. Few places, like ours, continued to sell the #10 cans retail despite the heavy contents and therefore expensive shipping.
Why cant I find #10 cans of Exclusivo Wild Porcini SauceAs of June 2014, we have completely sold out of the #10 Exclusivo. The good news is that there is a new large retail size, 31 oz Glass Jars of Exclusivo are the only pack size available. A much lighter, more compact, and still available at a wholesale case discount from Gourmet Italian.
