...I "had to" order Tomato Magic from The Gourmet Italian to make his mama's secret 'Sugo' recipe, which explicitly uses ONLY Tomato Magic as the tomato base - NO SUBSTITUTIONS! - and Tomato Magic is unheard of in my area.  The order arrived faster than I expected and with ZERO shipping damage.  As the name implies, Tomato Magic is MAGIC - the sauce turned out far better than I expected and we now have 16 qts. of sauce to tide us over for the winter.  This product is worth every penny and I will be ordering again next year!

This adds the chunks of tomato to our sauce that keeps the fans coming back.  Even better than the sauce we tried to replicate.

So does customer service.
I had to work my way through the order/ship/pay pages multiple times as various information would be deleted as I attempted move forward.  This was a gift item with a note.  I still don't know if the note was added or the payment was not.  I requested a follow up from customer service and didn't hear back.  I called 3 times but none were answered.
Also, the website copywrite is 6 years out of date.
