Taste Is Amazing, Texture Is A Bit Gritty |

Honestly, the taste qnd aroma of this cheese is very delicious. It pairs perfectly with some merlot and tomatoes or etc. The price is very affordable aswell. This is a very salty cheese, and I legitimately can't find anything wrong with the flavor.
The texture HOWEVER is a bit grainy, and oily, but the flavor makes up for the texture. The color is a bit like yellow beeswax, partially transparent because of the natural oils.
If I could sum it up, it tastes very authentic and homemade, in a good way. It isn't perfect, but it is very good! Quality alone, I'd buy it again.
