Our order of Semolina Flour came with its bag broken, the box leaving a trail of flour behind it. We immediately called the phone number, but there was no answer and no ability to leave a message. Then we emailed, but received no response. We wanted to know whether it was safe to consume this product, given that its container was broken. A week later, our leaky 50lb bag of flour is still in limbo.
