My mother was a bread baker decades ago and when asked what made her bread so good, she always replied that it was the Robin Hood Flour. The same remains true today. My husband is a chef and he relies on Robin Hood flour to make his superb breads. It’s not widely available, so we’re glad that we can get it from you.
