Sorrento Provolone cheese comes in salami cases, and goes well with sandwiches and canapes. Provolone is great with turkey, sausages, salami, bologna, and chicken. Grated, it is great as a soup and pasta topping. Use it with soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, tacos, tortillas, lasagna and as a pizza topping. It works well with tomatoes, onions, spinach, lettuce, beets, and beans.

The cheese is very good, and came shipped in a timely manner. The price is very good. I mix this with mozzarella 50/50 for my pizza. It melts well, and complements the mozzarella well. Also good by its- self just to snack on, or add to a good sandwich. No complaints here, pass the pizza!!
