The holes in Swiss cheese are a result of activity by B12 making bacteria. Eating Swiss cheese puts some bacteria back into your body where they can make B12 for you.
Yes, it appears to be true. I began testing it out a year ago and to date, eating some Swiss cheese every day, I'm showing significant improvement, i.e. fewer low B12 symptoms.
I have a site about health boundaries and vitamin B12, so I pay close attention to how well, or not, things work.
This is a great cheese to improve, slowly but surely, your B12 levels.
